Event Information

Here are some details to help you plan your weekend.


Check in begins at 4:00 on Thursday afternoon. The event officially begins at 7:00. The event will end at noon on Sunday.


All accommodations include a single bed, linens, blankets and towels.  There are multiple beds in each room. (Don’t worry-we provide ear plugs.)


Several fun activities will be included with your ticket such as skeet shooting, a ropes course, and (possibly) water skiing! The camp also has plenty of hiking trails and is on a lake.

Age Restrictions

Due to the nature and depth of the content this expedition is not designed for kids. While we recommend a minimum age of 21, you must be at least 18 in order to attend.

Payment Options

You can pay by credit or debit card using the links on this site.  Or, you can mail a check made out to the “ManAlive EXPEDITION” along with your name, address, phone number and email to our PO Box: ManAlive EXPEDITION, 3900 Dave Ward Dr., Suite 1900-131, Conway, AR 72034.

What’s Included

Your registration fee covers the actual costs of your lodging, meals (starting with Friday breakfast through Sunday lunch), activities, and all of the teaching and materials by the ManAlive Expedition team for the duration of the weekend. 


Life can be hard. All of us get in financial binds in life. If that’s the case for you, we don’t want it to keep you from coming. Many previous attendees have paid it forward and donated to a scholarship fund to cover half of the cost of the event. If you need help with the cost, look for the scholarship option when you register. If no scholarships are available when you register, reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do to help. We want you there!


After you register, you will be provided with an email with all the details you will need to prepare for this event, or we will mail them to you.


We encourage attendees to carpool wherever possible and we may attempt to connect interested parties a few weeks before the event. However, attendees are ultimately responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Cancellation by the ManAlive EXPEDITION Team

If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full Expedition event registration fee to you.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event.  You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event; provided, however, you will be charged a $100 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration.  In the event that you cancel your registration less than 3 weeks prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee.  Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event, date, or person.
